Our Organisation and Structure
Arest Limited is a Technology consultancy firm based at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. We blend specialist knowledge with innovative technologies to address financial challenges faced by corporates and institutions globally.Our organisation employs a diverse team across multiple locations. Arest serves clients predominantly in the UK, Europe, and other global markets, focusing on mid-size to large corporates and institutions.
Our Supply Chain
Given the nature of our business, Arest’s supply chain is relatively straightforward. Our revenue streams are primarily derived from low-risk countries, as identified by sustainability indices such as The Global Slavery Index. Nonetheless, we routinely analyse and re-evaluate our engagements with external parties to ensure suitability and adherence to ethical standards.We have identified the following areas in our supply chain as potential risk factors in relation to modern slavery and human trafficking:
• External cleaning and support teams.
• Suppliers providing food and beverages to our office locations.
• Suppliers of office and technology equipment.
Aligned with our corporate social responsibility commitments, all material third-party suppliers are subject to rigorous due diligence checks and ongoing monitoring.
Due Diligence Processes
1. To mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking, Arest has implemented the following due diligence measures:Risk assessments and due diligence questionnaires for material third-party suppliers. Relationships are terminated if an organisation fails to meet our standards.
2. A whistleblowing policy accessible to all employees, empowering them to report concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
3. Regular training for employees to promote vigilance, compliance, and shared accountability across the organisation.
Supporting Our People
Our Employee Handbook includes a comprehensive code of conduct applicable to all individuals working with or interacting with Arest. The policy ensures fair and ethical behaviour while protecting against discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, or other characteristics.We foster a "speak-up" culture, encouraging employees to raise concerns confidentially via the grievance policy outlined in our handbook. All recruitment processes are conducted in full compliance with local employment legislation, including robust right-to-work checks.
